Have you been self-judging yourself constantly? How hard have you been to yourself?

You must already know that you should love your body. Love your body no matter what. Your body is the only thing in this world that is always available for you whenever you need it, and for whatever you need it for. It deserves your gratitude and LOVE. That's the minimum you can do.

But here's the thing 👉🏽 ⁣Loving your body also means doing your best to give it the best. The best shape you can, the best style you can, the best health you can from inside out. That's how you say thank you to your body. 😍⁣

Don't use self-love, self-acceptance, and body positivity as excuses, not to work out, not to eat healthily, not to dress up.

If you do this, know that you're being unfair to your body.
